The renter agrees to the terms and conditions of the rental of the boat and motor described herein with equipment subject to the following: 

1.  To return the boat, motor and equipment in like good condition as when was taken.  Renter is fully responsible for all damages and/or losses to the boat, motor and equipment.
2.  To dock, anchor, or secure the boat and equipment as appropriate to prevent damage to the boat, motor and equipment and/or dock, other boats or property as a result of existing or changing weather conditions.
3.  To read and comply with all rules and regulations controlling the operations of boats that are printed on this agreement.
4.  To hold the owner and rental agent of this boat, motor and equipment harmless and free of liability for any damages occurring to renter, passengers, or other persons or property for any causes arising from the operation and control of the boat, motor and equipment.
5.  To accept and pay appropriate service charges for service required as a result of carelessness or neglect on the part of the renter.
6.  To operate in Abaco Sound only, between Treasure Cay to the north and Little Harbour to the south.  Operation on the Atlantic ocean side of the Cays is NOT ALLOWED.
7  Boat are NOT allowed to be used after dark so PLEASE make your way back towards home port in time.
8  Boat is rented full of gas and oil and is to be brought back the same otherwise there will be a service charge.
9  All boat rentals are in calendar days and not 24 hours.
